Vishala's interests have led her into undertaking studies in Naturopathy. She has spent many years exploring various relaxation practices such as mindfulness, meditation and sound therapy which has provided a grounding to support others in establishing a stronger personal practice.
Vishala demonstrates her empathic abilities to meet and support people on a deeper level. She has also completed professional training in teaching mindfulness to school students and in her spare time she loves being in nature and relaxing on the beach.
