Tracy is a passionate Pilates, movement and meditation enthusiast with a preventative and holistic wellness approach. She believes in nurturing both the mind and body through a healthy lifestyle. Tracy is a Diploma qualified APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) Practitioner since 2003 and has been working with a range of people, pathologies and injuries. She has experience in movement for rehabilitation and has assisted people wanting to improve their strength and conditioning for sport. Tracy had a break from Pilates in 2007 so she could pursue her interest in Personal Training (Cert IV in Fitness), Health Coaching (Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Heal Thy Self Academy) and Life Coaching. In 2019 she returned to Pilates and now teaches across 3 Perth Studios in a private, semi-private and group style setting.
