Akuna loves to share the benefits he has gained from his ongoing Tai Chi practices. To him Tai Chi is very much a meditation in motion, offering easy and instant access to a deep sense of silence and rest. He believes that offering his students an opportunity to unplug, de-stress and slow down is one of the greatest gifts he can give.
Tai Chi became Akuna’s love affair following years of meditation and yoga practice. Somehow, it seemed to bring the best of those two worlds into the one practice, and Akuna worked his way to become an accredited Tai Chi Instructor.
Akuna is a free-spirited, fun-loving guy renowned for his cheeky sense of humour.
