Prema Day & Kali Ledger will be your hosts for this mini yoga retreat, guiding and holding space for you to connect and go deeper within to find inner stillness and peace with:
* Embody & Flow movement to awaken your body and mind and create a centred space. Vishrant Embody & Flow provides a physical practice for grounding, creating awareness, releasing energy, expressing and finding freedom from the mind. You will be invited to breathe out, let go and let your body move.
* Sensory guided meditations to bring you to mindful awareness of the present moment. With awareness of what is real, you will have the ability to see yourself and life with clarity and consciousness. Meditation is the practice of surrendering the thinking mind for reality, allowing you to find detachment from the busyness of your mind.
* Vishrant Yoga to access your body’s ability to open naturally, release resistance slowly and gently bring about a restoring balance. This restorative and meditative yoga practice is designed to return us home to ourselves, to live in balance and equanimity.
* Yoga Nidra & deep relaxation to support healing, insight and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra promotes a deep rest that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness will be practiced to calm your nervous system, eradicating stress and leaving you feeling light and refreshed.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, students leave Prema’s classes feeling uplifted, refreshed, relaxed and with a sense of stillness and peace. She provides a sanctuary and teaches in a way that is gentle to allow for slowing down while still providing a challenge for those wishing to deepen their practice. Prema brings a sense of humbleness, softness, aliveness and deep care into her classes with one clear message: let go, let go, let go.
She practices and teaches Vishrant Yoga, Hatha, Yin which include longer holds and a slower pace and a gentle reminder to come back to the breath, as well as Yoga Nidra and Meditation to help cultivate stillness, allow for emotional healing, motivate self-acceptance, feel nourished and encourage relaxation.
Prema has taken the Bodhisattva Vows so her life is dedicated to service, truth and heart. She shares her own life experiences and Buddhist teachings throughout classes to provoke contemplation and inspiration.
Throughout her journey, Prema has completed over 500hr of yoga teacher training specialising in Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Flow and Prenatal yoga. She also holds a Certificate in Health Coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently studying a Diploma in Counselling with Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. Additionally, she has spent the last 7 years involved in personal development, group work and exploring the workings of the mind.
Kali spends her days immersed in a Buddhist way of life, lifting others towards their goals for happiness and higher consciousness. Her love of helping her fellow humans has allowed her the joy of guiding The Art of Self Nurturing retreats where she aims to facilitate attendees to experience a deep connection with themselves.
A passionate yoga, movement, music and meditation enthusiast, Kali moved from her training in contemporary dance to a love of authentic movement, ecstatic dance, pilates, yoga, kirtan and free form dance as meditation. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Performance in 2008 and her Post Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary Dance and Drama) at Edith Cowan University in 2009.
In 2011, Kali created and began to teach her own movement classes, working with women through different forms of movement as a mindfulness practice to improve self-expression. In 2015 she completed her Diploma of Counselling (AIPC) and began to work as a counsellor at Restful Waters, serving the community and helping others on their path to higher consciousness. In 2018, she completed her 200hr Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training.
Kali runs Vishrant flow yoga classes, retreats, courses along with providing individual and couples counselling at Restful Waters encouraging self-acceptance in those who work with her and a space to feel rested and wholesome.
