Immerse yourself in a sound bath journey blending crystal bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, drums and chimes which harmonise in sweeping waves and gentle rhythms.
Feel the power of sound relax frayed nerves, ease weary muscles and gently allow your mind to drop stress for a more silent and still space.
Allowing the mind to come to a restful space brings forth feelings of relaxation and mental expansion. As the movement in the mind slows down and quietens, there is room for wonderful inner states of greater awareness, clarity and calmness.
Scientific studies show that sound can produce changes in the bodies autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems. Immerse your body and mind in sound that soothes the nervous system and brings you into harmony and balance. The result is a sense of peace, heightened awareness and a deep rest and relaxation of the mind and body.
As you relax deeper, a heightened awareness allows you to tune into the felt sensations in the body, feel the vibrations of sound move through the body, hear all the sounds around you and become mindful of what is arising in the here and now. With a curious gentle attitude, welcoming to the sensations that may arise, this practice opens the doorway to inner silence and stillness.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
In his yoga classes, Indi aims to bring joy and lightness to the spirit and from this space guide students into deeper states of relaxation and stillness. It is his hope that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Yoga has been a part of Indi’s life since 2001 when he began to explore different ways to work through health issues and stress. Practicing regularly lead to improvements in physical health and began a love affair that has grown deeper through the years. In 2015 he completed his 500hr teacher training in Ashtanga yoga. Indi is known for his friendly and quirky approach to teaching and for his proficiency and generosity in sharing his knowledge.
Indi also has a deep love of music spending many years playing the guitar, drumming and producing music. This love of sound and long practice of yoga and meditation combined with a keen interest in sound meditation and the ability of sound to alter states of consciousness. With his extensive teaching background and sensitivity, Indi now leads meditation sound baths to help others experience deep states of relaxation, peace, rest and healing through sound.
Musician / Meditation Facilitator
Anam has had a consuming passion for investigating higher consciousness and meditation since his early teens. With understanding and direct experience in various practices, he brings a heartfelt warmth and humour to helping people find whatever it is that works best for them along the path to peace and happiness.
Anam’s keen interest in meditation and sound therapy has lead him to teaching and facilitating both meditation classes and meditation sound baths at Restful Waters.
