ABOUT THE TEACHER

SUSAN DUNCANSON
Yoga Instructor
Susan’s passions for the health, wellbeing, and sustainability of ourselves and our planet find her embracing a life that can only be called eclectic. You will find her love of Yoga infused into every corner of her world.
Susan’s relationship with Yoga spans over 20 years and several modalities. She is a 500-hour Hatha trained teacher, with further teacher training in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Breath Centred Yoga Anatomy. Susan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine.
Susan aims to bring a sense of empowerment to her classes, teaching movement as a response to breath, and awareness to the stillness within. Her goal is to bring an understanding that Yoga is accessible to everybody and that we can weave our Yoga practice into our lives in such a way that we feel a gradual shift from doing Yoga to being Yoga.
Susan’s belief that we are all forever students, guides her to a deeper exploration of Yogic philosophies and teachings. Her core belief is Love.
