Vishrant Tai Chi is an active form of relaxation and meditation that benefits both the body and mind. 

Our Introduction to Vishrant Tai Chi: 4 Week course is a perfect opportunity to unwind whilst practicing gentle movement in a friendly and peaceful environment. 

Over 4 weeks you will learn leisurely, flowing sequences which are designed to help you develop a calm mind and a healthy body. There is a strong focus on developing mindfulness of the breath and body to help you arrive at a deep state of inner restfulness. 

The many benefits of Vishrant Tai Chi include an increase in: 

  • Calmness of mind 
  • Emotional and physical balance 
  • Mental and physical flexibility 
  • Relaxation of the mental and physical bodies. 

Inspired by enlightened teacher Prem Vishrant, each part of this practice points us towards being open, having gratitude and learning acceptance and surrender. 

You will discover how to tailor your practice to suit your body’s needs. As Tai Chi provides a bridge between formal meditation and the practice of mindfulness in daily activities, it is the perfect addition to a meditator’s repertoire for those experienced in or looking to begin a meditation practice.

TOSH KHA

Tai Chi Facilitator

Tosh is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness and meditation. Realising the benefits of being in touch with inner stillness and silence, he loves to share his passion for meditation with others. He is devoted to living a life of service.

Tosh is a mathematics and physics teacher who has found mindfulness to be an invaluable part of his life. He has completed the Mindfulness Training course at Restful Waters and is currently training to become a mindfulness teacher for school children.
