Kirtan music and mantra is a form of Bhakti yoga, a devotion to Heart and Beingness through expressive vocals and invocation. The beauty of mantra offers you an invitation to unite and open through song.
With music and mantra your able to connect and open to the inherent power of voice, to your heart and to a spacious awareness, where the mind relaxes and worries melt away. This mantra music brings people more fully into their felt senses as the melody and rhythms heightens your senses.
Heart devotee, Isha, will lead the mantras and invite you to sing them back to her. This back and fourth of song helps to create a rhythm and connection that facilitates heart opening and the experience love that comes with it.

In this space of love and connection, Isha Deva is supported by vocalists and musicians Kali and Indi. The harmonium & acoustic guitar are softly woven into easy-to-follow ancient & modern chants. Together a deeper support and sense of healing and exploration is revealed.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Isha Graham has been practising meditation for over 10 years and loves to share her time with people. Bestowed with the title of Reverend of the Vishrant Buddhist Society for 10 years of service, she spends a part of every day devoted to spiritual practice. Her warm and caring nature make her a loved member of her community. As well as having been a registered nurse for the last 25 years, Isha also currently runs a small gardening business.
As well as looking after her family and dedicating herself to her practises, Isha loves bushwalking, leading Kirtan, gardening and takes beautiful photographs of people and nature. Isha is very passionate about helping people, supporting her community and nurturing a way of life that supports the way of the Heart for herself and others.
