No prior experience in yoga is required. This course is for all ages and body sizes & abilities.
Each week you will:
- Connect to the breath and release your body with gentle movements
- Learn about & discuss Yoga philosophy – mindfulness and mindful decisions
- Practice Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (Hatha Yoga) & Meditation
Learn 5 practical meditation & breathing techniques that can help you release tension and create more relaxation inside of yourself.
This is the Yoga you take away from your mat and into your Life.
