Join experienced Tai Chi teachers Tosh Kha and Maitreya Speering for this 108 move Dragon’s Breath sequence designed to bring your awareness into your body and the present moment, away from the problems and stresses of everyday lifeWith an obvious martial arts foundation and including powerful movements throughout the sequence, you will be guided through this active meditation which will leave you feeling stable inside yourself with a heightened sense of clarity. 

The Dragon’s Breath Sequence will also bring you in touch with the powerful energy in your core and teach you to access this space in your day to day life. Experience what it feels like to open yourself to this powerful Chi energy as your participate in this mindful dance. 

Vishrant Tai Chi is a practice which embraces the Yin principle of Taoism, bringing to life the qualities of openness, receptivity and non-resistance in every movement. The non-resistance that you find will give you a greater capacity to access a state of flow in your life. You will also find that things become a bit more effortless and easy going as you become more familiar with this space. 

In practicing Vishrant Tai Chi, the practitioner generates powerful Chi energy and can become aware of its flow through the body. The slow, flowing movements of this sequence help circulate Chi in the body which has the potential to strengthen and ground the body and create a crystal clear mind.

Tai Chi Instructor

Tosh is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness and meditation. Realising the benefits of being in touch with inner stillness and silence, he loves to share his passion for meditation with others. He is devoted to living a life of service.

Tosh is a mathematics and physics teacher who has found mindfulness to be an invaluable part of his life. He has completed the Mindfulness Training course at Restful Waters and is currently training to become a mindfulness teacher for school children.
