Stress, poor posture & old injuries can cause tension in the body that obstruct optimal breathing and keep the body locked in a stress state.
In this 3 hr workshop with Annelise Remigio, we apply gentle movement to stretch out tense muscles and learn techniques to positively repattern your breathing.
Such breathing techniques can:
- Help in the management of stress & anxiety
- Reduce physical pain & tension
- Promote relaxation in public speaking
- Increase focus and concentration
- Reduce mind activity
- Enhance sleep quality

Functional Breathing Practitioner
Annelise’s physical healing journey began with recovery from injuries from competitive athletics, dance and board sports. Going from a very active lifestyle to having extended time out with injuries allowed her to learn about healing the body.
Annelise provides a tangible, science-backed, mind-body approach to healing and getting the most out of life (making it juicy!).
