Enjoy an afternoon letting all your worries melt away with relaxing Vishrant yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, breathing exercises and light refreshments in this beautifully programmed mini yoga retreat. Enjoy the company of like-minded people while finding deep rest and inner peace, guided by experienced practitioner, Prema.
If you haven’t tried Vishrant Yoga yet, this mini retreat is the perfect place to start! You will find it to be a very restorative and meditative practice that supports you to soften and release habitual patterns of tension. Floor based postures are held for longer periods to allow the body’s ability to open naturally and release resistance slowly. This can gently bring about a restoring balance and help you to find a more peaceful way of being in the world.
Yoga Nidra is also referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ and is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In this state your body will feel completely relaxed while you maintain full consciousness, so you can feel the benefits the practice has to offer. The result of this powerful relaxation technique is that you will feel as though you’ve had a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Our mini yoga retreat offers you a space to relax into stillness and support your body’s need for rest and rejuvenation. It’s the perfect way to spend the afternoon with your friend or partner so invite someone along that you know.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Students leave Prema’s classes feeling uplifted, refreshed, relaxed and with a sense of stillness and peace. She provides a sanctuary and teaches in a way that is gentle to allow for slowing down while still providing a challenge for those wishing to deepen their practice. Prema brings a sense of humbleness, softness, aliveness and deep care into her classes with one clear message: let go, let go, let go. She practices and teaches Vishrant Yoga which includes longer holds and a slower pace and a gentle reminder to come back to the breath, as well as Yoga Nidra and Meditation to help cultivate stillness, allow for emotional healing, motivate self-acceptance and nourishment, and encourage relaxation. Prema is dedicated to helping people rest deeply and find inner peace.
Prema has completed 200hr Hatha/Vinyasa Flow/Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Jo Phee (focusing on Yin/Yang Flow, Yoga Nidra & Shoulder Anatomy), 30hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in Perth, 20hr Teaching Yoga & 21 Day Savasana Intensive Courses with Judith & Lizzie Lasater and has undertaken various courses in Anatomy, Mind-Body Connection and Yoga Philosophy over the years. She also holds a Certificate in Health Coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. To further her skills, Prema is currently studying a Diploma in Counselling with Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and a further 150hr Yoga Teacher Training.
