VISHRANT ALIGN & FLOW
This floor based class focuses on simple exercises for activation, alignment, flexibility & awareness.
Align & Flow is designed to open and relax the body and mind while also activating the subtle layers of supporting muscles that are often left unused in day to day life. This class is great for all ages and for those with persisting injuries or stress related symptoms.
Align & flow with an hour of gentle, nourishing movement leaving you feeling refreshed and connected.
VISHRANT EMBODY & FLOW
This fun fusion of free-form movement, yoga and meditation creates awareness of the body-mind connection allowing you to de-stress, let go of tension and find clarity.
Vishrant Embody & Flow provides a physical practice for grounding, creating awareness, releasing energy, expressing and finding freedom from the mind. Breathe out, let go and let your body move!
Kali Ledger is a passionate dance, movement, music and meditation enthusiast who moved from her early training in tap, ballet, jazz and contemporary dance to a love of authentic movement, ecstatic dance, pilates, yoga, kirtan and free form dance as meditation. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Performance in 2008 and her Post Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary Dance and Drama) at Edith Cowan University in 2009.
In 2011 Kali created and began to teach her own movement classes, working with women through different forms of dance as a mindfulness practice to enhance fitness and flexibility, improve self-expression, and facilitate the transmutation of negative energy. In 2015 she completed her Diploma of Counselling (AIPC) and began to work as a spiritual minister for The Vishrant Buddhist Society, serving the community and helping others on their path to higher consciousness.
Kali now runs embody & flow, align & flow, kirtan, retreats, courses and individual and couples counselling at Restful Waters
